This Privacy Policy explains how JT Social LLC (“YourAIScore.ai,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) collects, uses, stores, and shares information when you use our website at getjtsocial.com, take our free AI Readiness Assessment, or engage with any of our services. Please read this policy carefully. By using our services, you agree to the practices described here.

01 Information We Collect

Information You Provide Directly

When you use our services, you may provide information including:

  • Contact information — your name, email address, and business name, collected when you enter your email to access the free AI Readiness Assessment or when you book a paid evaluation.
  • Business information — your approximate annual revenue range and industry, provided voluntarily on the assessment intake form.
  • Assessment responses — your answers to the 64 questions across 16 business areas in our AI Readiness Assessment. These responses are used to generate your AI Readiness Score and gap analysis.
  • Voice call data — if you book and complete an AI Readiness Evaluation, your intake call with our AI voice specialist is recorded and transcribed for the purpose of generating your evaluation report.
  • Payment information — if you purchase a paid service, payment is processed by a third-party payment processor. We do not store your full credit card number or payment credentials.
  • Communications — any messages, emails, or other correspondence you send us.

Information Collected Automatically

When you visit our website, we may automatically collect:

  • Device and browser information — browser type, operating system, device type, and screen resolution.
  • Usage data — pages visited, time spent on pages, links clicked, and how you arrived at our site (e.g., direct link, social media, search engine).
  • IP address — used for security, fraud prevention, and approximate geographic location.

02 How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect for the following purposes:

  • To deliver the free AI Readiness Assessment — your email unlocks the assessment, and your responses are used to calculate your AI Readiness Score and generate your personalized gap analysis.
  • To deliver your evaluation report — if you purchase a paid evaluation, your assessment data and intake call transcript are used to generate a custom report with tool recommendations and implementation guidance.
  • To send you your results — we send your assessment results, report, and any related follow-up information to the email address you provide.
  • To follow up with relevant offers — based on your assessment results and expressed interest, we may contact you with information about our paid evaluation, implementation services, or monthly retainer programs. You can opt out of these communications at any time.
  • To improve our services — aggregate, anonymized assessment data helps us understand common gaps across business types and improve our recommendations.
  • To process payments and manage accounts — for clients who purchase services.
  • To comply with legal obligations — we may use or disclose information to meet applicable legal requirements.
  • To prevent fraud and protect security — we use data to identify and prevent fraudulent activity and protect the integrity of our systems.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties for their own marketing purposes. We do not share your assessment responses, business data, or contact information with unaffiliated companies for advertising.

03 How We Share Your Information

We share your information only in the following circumstances:

  • Service providers — we share data with trusted third-party platforms that help us deliver our services (see Section 4 for specifics). These providers are contractually required to handle your data securely and only for the purposes we specify.
  • Legal requirements — we may disclose your information if required to do so by law, court order, or government authority, or when we believe disclosure is necessary to protect our rights or the safety of others.
  • Business transfers — if JT Social LLC is acquired, merged, or its assets are transferred, your information may be part of the transferred assets. We will notify you of any such change.
  • With your consent — we may share your information in other circumstances with your explicit permission.

04 Third-Party Services

Our services are built using the following third-party platforms. By using our services, your data may be processed by these providers in accordance with their own privacy policies:

  • GoHighLevel (GHL) — our primary CRM and marketing automation platform. Your contact information, assessment scores, and follow-up communications are managed within GHL. Privacy policy: gohighlevel.com/privacy-policy
  • Retell AI — our AI voice platform used to conduct the intake call for paid evaluations. Calls are recorded and transcribed. Retell AI processes and stores call data in accordance with their privacy policy: retellai.com/privacy-policy
  • Payment processors — payments for our $997 AI Readiness Evaluation and other services are processed through a third-party payment processor. We do not store payment card data on our servers.
  • Analytics providers — we may use analytics tools to understand how visitors interact with our website. These tools may collect usage data as described in Section 1.
  • Calendar and scheduling tools — if you book a call, your name, email, and scheduling information are shared with our booking platform.

We encourage you to review the privacy policies of these services. YourAIScore.ai is not responsible for the data practices of third-party platforms beyond our control.

05 Data Retention

We retain your information for as long as necessary to provide our services and fulfill the purposes described in this policy. Specifically:

  • Assessment data — your email, assessment responses, and scores are retained in our CRM for up to 3 years from your last interaction, unless you request deletion sooner.
  • Client records — if you become a paying client, we retain your records for a minimum of 5 years for business and legal purposes.
  • Call recordings and transcripts — intake call recordings and transcripts are retained for up to 2 years and are used solely for report generation and service delivery.
  • Marketing communications — if you opt out of emails, we retain your email address on a suppression list to ensure we don’t contact you again.

You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us at the address provided in Section 11.

To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the information in Section 11. We will respond to your request within a reasonable timeframe, and no later than 30 days.

08 Data Security

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. These measures include:

  • Encrypted data transmission using HTTPS/TLS protocols.
  • Access controls limiting who within our organization can view sensitive information.
  • Use of reputable, security-certified third-party platforms for data storage and processing.
  • Regular review of our data practices and security procedures.

No method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security. If you have reason to believe your interaction with us is no longer secure, please notify us immediately.

09 Children’s Privacy

Our services are intended for business owners and professionals aged 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13. If we become aware that we have inadvertently collected information from a child under 13, we will take steps to delete that information promptly. If you believe we may have collected information from a child, please contact us immediately.

10 Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, technology, or legal requirements. When we make changes, we will update the “Last Updated” date at the top of this page. These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website getjtsocial.com and all services provided by JT Social LLC (“YourAIScore.ai,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), including the free AI Readiness Assessment, the AI Readiness Evaluation, and any implementation or retainer services. By accessing our website or using our services, you agree to these Terms in full. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

01 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing getjtsocial.com, submitting your email to take the AI Readiness Assessment, purchasing any service, or engaging with YourAIScore.ai in any way, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

If you are using our services on behalf of a business, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that business to these Terms, and “you” refers collectively to you and that business.

02 Description of Services

YourAIScore.ai provides business growth and AI automation consulting services, including:

  • Free AI Readiness Assessment — a diagnostic questionnaire covering 16 areas of business operations that produces an AI Readiness Score and gap analysis. Accessed by providing an email address. No purchase required.
  • AI Readiness Evaluation ($997) — a paid service including an AI-conducted intake call, a custom evaluation report with named tool recommendations and a 90-day implementation roadmap, and a review call with a YourAIScore.ai consultant.
  • Implementation Services — done-for-you setup of AI and automation systems, priced individually based on scope.
  • Monthly Retainer Programs — ongoing AI system management, optimization, and advisory services on a recurring monthly basis.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time with reasonable notice to affected clients.

03 Eligibility

Our services are intended for business owners, operators, and professionals who are 18 years of age or older. By using our services, you represent that you meet this requirement. Our services are designed for business-to-business use. We do not offer services to consumers acting in a personal capacity unrelated to a business or professional purpose.

04 The Free Assessment

The AI Readiness Assessment is provided at no cost. By submitting your email to access it, you agree that:

  • YourAIScore.ai may contact you by email to deliver your assessment results, follow up on your score, and share information about our paid services. You may opt out at any time.
  • Your assessment responses will be stored and used as described in our Privacy Policy, including to personalize follow-up communications.
  • The assessment generates a diagnostic score based on your self-reported answers. The accuracy and usefulness of your results depend entirely on the accuracy of your responses. YourAIScore.ai makes no representations about the absolute accuracy of any scoring or analysis generated.
  • The free assessment does not constitute professional consulting, and no ongoing engagement, guarantee, or service obligation arises from completing it.

05 Paid Services & Payment

All fees for paid services are stated clearly at the time of purchase. By completing a purchase, you agree to pay the specified amount.

AI Readiness Evaluation — $997

The $997 fee covers the following deliverables: one AI-conducted intake call (approximately 20 minutes), one custom AI Readiness Evaluation report delivered within 5 business days of the completed intake call, and one 30-minute review call with a YourAIScore.ai consultant.

Payment Terms

  • Payment for the AI Readiness Evaluation and implementation services is due in full at the time of booking unless a separate written agreement specifies different terms.
  • Monthly retainer fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis. Your retainer begins on the date services commence.
  • All prices are stated in US dollars. YourAIScore.ai is not responsible for currency conversion fees charged by your financial institution.
  • We reserve the right to update our pricing at any time. Price changes will not affect services already purchased.

06 Refund Policy

AI Readiness Evaluation

Due to the custom, labor-intensive nature of the evaluation report, all sales of the AI Readiness Evaluation are final once the intake call has been completed. If you book and pay but need to cancel before your intake call, you may request a full refund up to 24 hours before the scheduled call time.

Implementation Services

Refunds for implementation projects are governed by the scope of work agreement signed at the time of engagement. Generally, fees paid for work already completed are non-refundable.

Monthly Retainers

Monthly retainer fees are non-refundable for the current billing period. You may cancel a retainer subscription at any time, and cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle. No partial-month refunds are issued.

Exceptions

If YourAIScore.ai fails to deliver a promised deliverable within the agreed timeframe without prior notice and rescheduling, you may request a full refund. All refund requests must be submitted in writing to the contact information listed in Section 17.

07 Not Professional Advice

The information, assessments, scores, reports, and recommendations provided by YourAIScore.ai are for informational and educational purposes only. They do not constitute legal, financial, accounting, tax, or investment advice.

Our AI Readiness Assessment and evaluation reports are diagnostic tools designed to help business owners identify operational gaps and potential automation opportunities. Results are based on self-reported information and general industry benchmarks. They are not a guarantee of any particular business outcome.

Any decision to implement AI tools, automation systems, or operational changes based on our recommendations is entirely your own. We encourage you to consult with qualified professionals — including attorneys, accountants, and technology specialists — before making significant business decisions.

YourAIScore.ai does not warrant that any tool, system, or strategy we recommend will produce specific financial results for your business. Individual results will vary based on factors outside our control, including market conditions, team execution, and business-specific variables.

08 Intellectual Property

All content on getjtsocial.com, including but not limited to the AI Readiness Assessment, methodology, scoring framework, report templates, written content, design, graphics, and software, is the exclusive property of JT Social LLC and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

What You May Do

  • Use our website and services for their intended purpose as a business user.
  • Share your personal assessment results and evaluation report for your own internal business purposes.

What You May Not Do

  • Copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, or sell any portion of our assessment, scoring methodology, report frameworks, or other proprietary content.
  • Use our content to create competing products or services.
  • Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices.
  • Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the underlying methodology of our assessment or scoring systems.

Your evaluation report is prepared for your use as a client. You may share it internally within your business but may not redistribute or publish it publicly without our written permission.

09 Acceptable Use

You agree to use our website and services only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with these Terms. You agree not to:

  • Provide false or misleading information in your assessment responses or client intake.
  • Attempt to access or tamper with parts of our website or systems that are not intended for public access.
  • Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or extract data from our website.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of our services or the data contained therein.
  • Use our services to harass, defame, or harm any individual or entity.
  • Violate any applicable local, state, national, or international law or regulation.

Violations of this section may result in immediate termination of your access to our services without refund.

10 Disclaimer of Warranties

OUR SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, JT SOCIAL LLC DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

  • Implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
  • Warranties that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
  • Warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any assessment results, scores, or recommendations.
  • Warranties that any particular outcome, including revenue growth or cost savings, will result from implementing our recommendations.

11 Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, JT SOCIAL LLC AND ITS OWNERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF OUR SERVICES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

  • Loss of profits, revenue, data, business, or goodwill.
  • Business interruption or loss resulting from the implementation or non-implementation of our recommendations.
  • Errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in our assessment scoring or reports.
  • Any third-party products, services, or platforms we recommend.

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY AND ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF OUR SERVICES EXCEED THE GREATER OF: (A) THE TOTAL AMOUNT YOU PAID TO JT SOCIAL IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR (B) ONE HUNDRED US DOLLARS ($100).

Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties or liability for certain types of damages, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.

12 Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless JT Social LLC and its owners, officers, employees, contractors, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to:

  • Your use of our services in violation of these Terms.
  • Your violation of any applicable law or regulation.
  • Any inaccurate or false information you provided to us.
  • Your infringement of any third party’s intellectual property or other rights.

13 Third-Party Links & Services

Our website and reports may contain links to third-party websites or references to third-party products, software, and services. These are provided for informational purposes only.

YourAIScore.ai does not endorse, control, or take responsibility for the content, privacy practices, or terms of any third-party website or service. Tool recommendations included in evaluation reports are based on our professional assessment of what may benefit your business, but we are not sponsored by, affiliated with, or financially compensated by any specific software vendor unless explicitly disclosed.

Your use of any third-party tools or services recommended in our reports is entirely your own decision and subject to those providers’ own terms and pricing.

14 Call Recording Consent

By booking an AI Readiness Evaluation and participating in the AI-conducted intake call, you explicitly consent to the recording and transcription of that call. This recording is used solely to:

  • Generate your custom evaluation report.
  • Allow our consultants to review the conversation for quality and accuracy.
  • Improve our service delivery over time.

Recordings are not shared with third parties except our service providers (Retell AI and our CRM platform), as described in our Privacy Policy. You will be notified at the beginning of the call that it is being recorded. If you do not consent to recording, you may decline to proceed with the intake call and request a refund in accordance with our refund policy.

Call recording laws vary by jurisdiction. By booking a call with us, you acknowledge that both parties (you and our AI system) are consenting to recording as of the call start.

15 Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of [STATE], United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Informal Resolution

Before initiating any formal legal proceeding, you agree to contact us first and attempt to resolve the dispute informally by emailing us at the address provided in Section 17. We will make a good-faith effort to resolve the matter within 30 days.

Binding Arbitration

If informal resolution is unsuccessful, any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or our services shall be resolved by binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA), rather than in court. The arbitration shall be conducted in [CITY, STATE], or remotely if agreed by both parties. This does not prevent either party from seeking injunctive relief in court for the protection of intellectual property or confidential information.

Class Action Waiver

You agree that any arbitration or legal proceeding will be conducted solely on an individual basis. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will update the “Last Updated” date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify existing clients by email.

Your continued use of our services after any changes to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you should discontinue use of our services.
